1.OUBAO selects only the finest wood (maple , birch) to make cabinets.
2.All surfaces are progressively sanded smooth, starting with #120 grit sandpaper, and finishing with #220 grip sandpaper.
3.After sanding, surface are blasted to clean all dust particles.
4.Equalizer Stains are simultaneously applied to balance base color of the wood.
5.Toner is then applied to establish consistent color uniformity.
6.A deep penetrating stain is applied to reveal the hidden beauty of the grain.
7.All stained surface are then evenly hand-rubbed and wiped clean of excess stain.
8.To complete old-world technique of hand staining, the product is slowly air-dried.
9.All surfaces are again hand-sanded, providing a smooth, consistent surface to accept top coat.
10.Before shipping, each cabinet is inspected and polished, assuring a finished product of the quality that Oubao expects and reach our clients' demand.
